Kate A. Garretson, Esquire

I have been practicing law in Virginia since 2002, and my focus has always been on personal service.  I have avoided the medium to large firm atmosphere and concentrated on building a practice where I personally meet with and work for all of my clients.  When you consult with and hire an attorney, you want to know who is doing the work on your case; not meeting one attorney and having a lower-level employee doing the actual work.  When you work with me, you will deal only with me and I will be available to you whenever you need me.  I focus on integrating the legal, financial, and personal needs of you, your family, and your business.  Everything is interconnected and your attorney should be part of your team.

I am a native Virginian, growing up in Nokesville and attending college at Mary Washington in Fredericksburg and law school at George Mason in Arlington.  In addition to running my business and practicing law, I have three wonderful children and two dogs.  I also play violin with the Piedmont Symphony Orchestra (Warrenton, VA) and I regularly perform with area quartets.
